In this action, Walter Krantz, an inventor, seeks to recover from Richard W. Van Dette and Virgil P. Van Dette, brothers, the sum of $350,000. He claims this amount is due him as accrued royalties under three license agreements whereby he granted to defendants the exclusive right to make, use and sell, in certain counties in Ohio and Indiana, storm windows described in plaintiff's nine applications for patent which had theretofore been filed...
