Defendant appeals from an adverse judgment in an action to recover possession of a tractor which was one of three sold by the plaintiff to defendant. Defendant contends (1) that the equipment was in fact sold to the Magnolia Motor and Logging Company, Inc., and not to defendant, and (2) that the court applied the wrong measure of damages.
