In an accident which occurred during and arose out of his employment in the hazardous business of his employer, Ryan Stevedoring Company, Inc., Patrick Philip Farley was killed on August 11, 1956. He was survived by his widow, Mrs. Frances Fourcade Farley, from whom he had been judicially separated a mensa et thoro since the month of January, 1950.
