This is an appeal from a final judgment entered on the defendant's motion for a summary judgment in an action at law by the plaintiff against Lucile Carter, the defendant, for the balance due the plaintiff for certain building materials furnished for improvement of property owned by the defendant and her husband as an estate by the entirety.
