James W. Ballentine appeals from an order of the District Court dismissing his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. He had been convicted in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York of violation of the narcotics law relating to heroin, and had been sentenced to a term of five years on two counts, the sentences to run concurrently.
