The appellant, Inez A. Lopez, was employed by Finesilver Manufacturing Company, of San Antonio, Texas. The appellee, New Amsterdam Casualty Company, had issued a policy of insurance to the employer, Finesilver Manufacturing Company, to cover its liability under the Workmen's Compensation Law of Texas Vernon's Annotated Civil Statutes, art. 8306 et seq.
