The parties to this litigation, by their pleadings, ask for a construction of the last will and testament of John Scullin, deceased. The will was dated February 26, 1920, and the testator died that same year on May 28, 1920. By his will, Scullin left all of his estate in trust for the benefit of his relatives. Three trustees were named to administer the trust which was to terminate 21 years after the death of the last beneficiary of the trust living...
