In it the plaintiffs sought to quiet their title to real property in the southwest quarter of section 27, township 15 south, range 2 east, S.B.M. Mildred Smith filed her answer to the complaint and by leave of court filed a cross-complaint to quiet title in which she named as cross-defendants the owners of the real property on all four sides of the rectangular parcel...
