This case is brought here by the petition of the National Labor Relations Board to enforce its order in an unfair labor practice proceeding (117 N.L.R.B. 352), which was founded in part upon an earlier decision (113 N.L.R.B. 1237) in a proceeding under Section 10(k) of the National Labor Relations Act. 29 U.S.C.A. § 160. It arises out of a controversy over the assignment of certain work in the installation of acoustical tile to carpenters...
