Mr. and Mrs. Sideris commenced this action against Northwest Bonded Escrows, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Escrow), and Seattle Investment Co., Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Investment). Elmer Tazuma and his wife were made additional parties defendant by motion of the original defendants.
