Defendant appeals from a judgment in favor of the plaintiff, in an action to impress a trust and quiet title to Lots 6, 11, and 12 of Block 5 in the City of Martinez. Plaintiff is the third party donee beneficiary of an agreement made in 1922 by plaintiff's parents and plaintiff's aunt on her mother's side, Laura D. Hollenbeck. The defendant, Esther O. Pawsey, is another sister of Laura D. Hollenbeck. Defendant claims Lots 6, 11, and 12 as the residuary...
