This is an appeal from an action wherein Barbara Geneva Eberwein and Anna May Paden sued the Mid-Continent Pipe Line Company to recover damages in the sum of $18,000 for alleged permanent damages to their lands by reason of the destruction of plaintiffs' water supply caused by crude oil that escaped from the defendant's pipe line which extended across the plaintiffs...
