These are two bills in equity brought by the owner of premises numbered 25 Home Street in Hamilton. The first bill was filed on January 17, 1955. In it the plaintiff sought a determination of the ownership and the location of a right of way alleged to exist between the plaintiff's premises and those of the defendant.
