Valentine, appeal from a decree of the Chancellor ordering them to remove fences which they had placed across a portion of an abandoned road in Henry County, Tennessee, known as the old Paris-Crossland Road. This was a public road which ceased to be travelled by the public after the construction of U.S. Highway 641 some fifteen to twenty years ago.
