Penzi Tile Co., Inc., and the plaintiff in the other suit was Raymond A. Chrycy. The defendants in each suit were Jack N. Nathman, Selma Nathman, his wife, and Temco Builders, Inc. Thereafter, other claimants of liens intervened as defendants...
