Plaintiff, Richard E. Finnern, brought this action against defendants, Harry E. Bruner, Jr., and others, seeking to quiet title to Lot 25, Block 2, Ak-Sar-Ben Hill Addition, known as 5211 North Thirty-eighth Street in Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska. Plaintiff was record title owner of the property as of December 28, 1956, and the primary purpose of his action was to have title thereto quieted with reference to the lien of a judgment for child support...
