Kruger as plaintiff, against Ervin Clark Construction Company a partnership, defendant, in the district court for Washington County to recover damages to the plaintiff's vehicles, and for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff as a result of a collision between the plaintiff's vehicles and a vehicle driven by an employee of the defendant.
