Per Curiam.

This is an appeal from an order in a libel action denying, in part, a motion to strike certain affirmative defenses interposed in the answer. The complaint alleges, in substance, that the defendant, as agent for a foreign manufacturer, wrote a letter containing defamatory matter concerning the plaintiff to the Chamber of Commerce in the city of Los Angeles, where the plaintiff conducts his business.
