1. Reginald Morris and Bobby Beckworth were convicted of the offense of shooting at another on an indictment charging them with assault with intent to murder. The court charged: "The defendants are presumed in law to be innocent of the charge until and unless the evidence satisfies your minds beyond a reasonable doubt as to their guilt.
