COMPTON, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment confirming a reassessment by appellee, City of Eunice, of appellants' property in what is known as Paving District No. 5 of the City.

In 1951 the Mayor of the City of Eunice requested the State Highway Commission to participate in the cost of paving Texas Avenue and Main Street from the railroad tracks to "O" Avenue in the City of Eunice. The State Highway Commission agreed to pave the above named streets...
