Appellant Ethel Mae Fancher sued appellee Roy Lyle Cadwell for damages for personal injuries sustained when an automobile in which she was riding as appellee's guest, and which was being driven by appellee, was struck by another automobile. Article 6701b, Section 1, Vernon's Anno. Civ.St., known as the guest statute, was invoked. It provides that the guest of an operator of a motor vehicle shall not recover from his host unless damages are caused intentionally...
