This suit involves an intersectional collision which occurred on January 14, 1956, at the intersection of Cherry and Bay Streets in the City of Amite, Parish of Tangipahoa, Louisiana. The only eye witnesses are the two drivers and their testimony is in direct conflict. The case was tried before a jury which rendered a judgment in favor of the plaintiff for the full limits of the policy, viz., $5,000, and it is from this judgment that the defendants have...
