We granted Florence Hastings Geyer Andrews an appeal from a decree entered on April 8, 1957, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County awarding exclusive custody of her infant son, Joseph B. Geyer, Jr., to his father. The decree was entered after a hearing on a petition seeking to obtain exclusive custody of the child, filed by the mother under § 20-107, Code of Virginia, 1950, in the Circuit Court of Mecklenburg County in an ended divorce proceeding...
