The trial court rendered a judgment in the sum of $1,819.67 against the defendants, Charles N. Elmore, a former county superintendent of schools, and his surety, Hawkeye Security Insurance Company, in a suit for an accounting of county funds coming into the superintendent's hands by virtue of his office.
