This is an action brought by Lula Miller against defendant, Old Surety Life Insurance Company, to recover on a life insurance policy. The policy issued by defendant is a family group policy issued on the life of Isaac McClure and others payable to plaintiff as beneficiary. Coverage under the policy was in the sum of $300 and double that amount in the event insured's death was caused by accidental means....
