Arthur A. FROELICH, J. Ellis Banks, Hubert R. Overall, Sr., Wesley Hyrons, Ivan Wolfenbarger, H.B. Eldridge, D.B. Hahn, L.T. Hardesty, E.T. Owen, H.S. Arnold and Forrest B. Stone, and Maitland Presbyterian Church, a corporation not for profit, in their own behalf and on behalf of the Members of the Congregation of the Maitland Presbyterian Church in the Town of Maitland, Florida, Appellants, v. Edward R. ROWLEY, Jr., and Ridgley L. Hall, in their own behalf and on behalf of the St. John's Presbytery, a judicatory of the Presbyterian Church in the United States, and Claude L. Roosevelt and Harry H. Holder, in their own behalf and on behalf of those persons designated by st. John's Presbytery as the Congregation of the Presbyterian Church in the Town of Maitland, sometimes called "Loyal Group," Appellees.

This litigation grew out of a schism in the Presbyterian Church of Maitland, Florida, the material aspects of which were very similar to those presented in St. John's Presbytery v. Central Presbyterian Church of St. Petersburg, Fla., 102 So.2d 714.
