On July 3, 1952, the appellant was injured when an automobile in which she was a passenger collided with a vehicle being operated by the appellee. The appellant was a resident of Ohio, where she has continued to live ever since. The appellee's home was in Detroit, Michigan, and she has remained a resident of that city.
