Appellees, Felipe Bernal and his wife, Cruz Bernal, brought this suit for damages for the death of their unmarried, minor son, Esau Bernal. The suit was against appellants Clarence Ritter, Mrs. Wallace Seitt, the surviving wife of Otto Jost, deceased, and her husband Wallace Seitt who was joined pro forma.
