The first of these appeals (No. 15,901) is from a judgment in favor of the United States for $25,000 in an action brought by it against J. D. Streett & Co., Inc., as defendant, for breach of a contract by virtue of which the latter acquired certain war surplus real property consisting of land, buildings and railroad facilities within what was known as Jefferson Barracks, St. Louis County, Missouri.
