This is an appeal by the defendants from a judgment in the amount of $12,500 which the circuit court entered in the plaintiff's favor after a jury returned a verdict for him. The defendants-appellants are the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company and one of its employees, Robert L. Glathar.
