The above actions were commenced by plaintiffs to recover damages for personal injuries. Plaintiffs were passengers in an automobile owned and operated by defendant Henry G. Schwer, which collided with an automobile owned and operated by defendant Emil Bernhardt. The actions were consolidated for trial before the Court and a jury.
