This is an appeal by Avery Freight Lines, Inc., from a decree rendered on March 22, 1957, by the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, in Equity, on an appeal taken by this appellant from an order of the Alabama Public Service Commission, dated July 13, 1956, by which it was ordered by the Alabama Public Service Commission that all authority to transport liquid commodities in bulk in tank vehicles between any points in Alabama was thereby deleted...
