The plaintiff brought this action against the defendants to recover damages for injuries alleged to have resulted from an accident caused by the negligence of the defendants on September 16, 1954.

The defendants Arnold Kuhn, Marcus Wax and Frank Baar, who are farmers and ranchers residing in the same community had an arrangement for doing exchange work cutting their corn for silage and hauling it to their respective farms where it was stored...
