This litigation involves the ownership of an area of land 17 feet wide from north to south and 150 feet long from east to west immediately north of Lot 1 in the village of Odessa. The original sole plaintiff was William J. Konop but before the case was tried the court by order substituted Ethel H. Seiler and William F. Seiler as plaintiffs for and in the place of William J.
