Lydia E. Cline died in Chicago, Illinois, February 23, 1955, aged ninety four years. Her husband, from whom she had been divorced in 1895, had died April 12, 1949. Her only heirs at law were her three children, of whom, H. A. Cline, (who died since the trial and for whom his executrix was substituted) and Sarah Elizabeth Hodges, are plaintiffs and appellees herein. The defendants and appellants are Henry J.
