Appellee-plaintiff Cecelia Goergen was injured in an automobile accident that occurred when a car in which she was riding as a passenger was struck from behind by a truck driven by an employee of appellant-defendant, Jess Edwards, Inc. The car was knocked off a bridge into an arroyo fifteen feet below. Edwards admitted liability.
