This is an appeal from the district court for Kimball County. It involves a replevin action commenced on September 12, 1956, by Commonwealth Trailer Sales, Inc., whereby it seeks to recover a 1951 Kit house trailer from George Bradt, the sheriff of Kimball County, and Guy Fleming. Plaintiff's right to the possession thereof is based on a chattel mortgage given it by Tommy and Maxine Williams. Trial was had...
