This action arises out of an automobile collision which occurred on February 2, 1956, about 11:15 p.m., at an uncontrolled street intersection in the city of Seattle. The case was tried before the court, sitting with a jury, which returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff for $710.66. The court granted defendant's motion for judgment n.o.v. and dismissed the action. Plaintiff appeals.
