Appellant, Jo Marie Rhoten Riggle, sought by habeas corpus proceedings in the Monroe Circuit Court to obtain physical custody of her four year old child, James Rhoten, Jr., from his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lolo Rhoten, appellees.
