In 1945 plaintiff and defendant, then husband and wife respectively, acquired title as tenants by the entireties to certain real estate in Nockamixon Township, this county, creating a mortgage thereon in favor of Lansdowne Federal Savings and Loan Association. In 1954 the parties were divorced. In 1957 the mortgagee entered judgment against both on the bond accompanying the mortgage and issued a writ of fi. fa. to collect the balance...
