Plaintiffs commenced an action against defendants in which plaintiffs alleged that they owned an easement in a certain walkway lying between two apartment houses owned by the respective parties. Plaintiffs prayed for judgment quieting their title to said alleged easement and for an injunction compelling defendants to remove a fence constructed by defendants upon said walkway. Defendants in their answer denied that plaintiffs had any right to any easement...
