Siegfried Company brought an action against the plaintiffs in error, defendants below, to recover a money judgment based upon an alleged contract of June 25, 1954, by the terms of which the plaintiff paid off certain indebtedness owed by the defendants in the amount of $98,427.73 and had taken title to all of the equipment of the defendants for an alleged figure of $68,765, leaving an alleged balance...
