This is a damage suit brought in the 101st District Court of The State of Texas against two unincorporated labor unions by H. N. Borden, appellant, who alleges that he is a member of both organizations. The two organizations are United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipefitting Industry of the United States...
