This bill in equity was brought by the City of Pawtucket and the school committee thereof seeking to enjoin the respondents from striking. The bill was heard by a justice of the superior court on the complainants' prayer for a preliminary injunction. From a decree granting such injunction the respondents have prosecuted the instant appeal to this court.
