W.H. Craker sued City Transportation Company and its employee taxi-cab driver, David P. Fergerson, for damages for personal injuries to his wife, Vivian Craker, and for damages to his automobile, resulting from an intersectional collision between plaintiff's automobile driven by his wife with a taxi-cab of defendant...
