This is an appeal by the Attorney General of the United States, acting in his capacity as successor to the Alien Property Custodian, from a decree of the Lake Superior Court wherein the assets in the hands of the Calumet National Bank, as the trustee of a testamentary trust created by the will of Herbert M. Paszotta, deceased, were ordered distributed to the appellees Klara Huhn and Wanda Puppel in disregard of a vesting order issued by said Attorney...
