Under a lease dated July 8, 1954, the defendants, Bruskas, Alexopoulas and Rueckhaus, leased the Ice Arena located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, to the plaintiff, Mike London, for one night each week over a ten-year period for the purpose of putting on wrestling matches.
