The defendant, Dr. William Jay Elmer, who constructed a residence for the plaintiff, Vincent Orlando, is appealing from a judgment awarding the plaintiff $4,180, with interest and costs, for the correction of defects allegedly existing therein, in which judgment the defendant was also awarded $1,251 on a reconventional demand.
