We are presented here with four appeals from judgments entered by the District Court of Lake County against four members of the city council of the city of Two Harbors. In these actions the plaintiff, a resident taxpayer of Two Harbors, brought suit on behalf of the city for money had and received by the defendants under an alleged invalid disbursement of municipal funds.
