"This and a companion case in which plaintiff's wife was the plaintiff, arise out of a collision of 2 automobiles in Curtis township in this county on July 17, 1954. Two automobiles, one driven by defendant, Theodore Korff, and owned by his father, the other owned by plaintiff and his wife jointly...
